These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our platform and participation in our referral program. By creating an account, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Rules to Become a User

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including a valid email address and a unique 10-digit mobile number.

Account Integrity

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by a single person is strictly prohibited.
• Your account is non-transferable. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your password confidential and secure.
• Account creation is subject to verification via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.

2. How to Earn

Our platform offers a rewarding earning structure based on your rank, which is determined by your success in building a referral network. Purchase anything from i-shop.co.in.
Based on the business you will get cash back.

User Ranks & Achievement Criteria

• Silver: This is the default rank for all new users.
• Gold: Awarded when you successfully refer 10 or more direct (1st level) users.
• Diamond: Awarded when you achieve Gold rank AND have a network of 100 or more second-level users.
• Platinum: The highest rank, awarded when you achieve Diamond rank AND have a network of 1,000 or more third-level users.

Earning from Shopping Commission

You earn commissions from your own purchases and from purchases made by users in your referral network.

A. Self-Shopping Commission

You earn a percentage back on your own completed purchases. Your commission rate increases as your rank increases:

Platinum	Up to 12.00%*

*Rates are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Actual commission rates may vary based on product category, promotional periods, and company policies.

B. Team Performance Bonus

All users are eligible for Team Performance Bonuses based on the overall business generated by their entire team network. This bonus rewards you for building and maintaining an active team that contributes to platform growth.

Team Performance Bonus Features:

• All Ranks Eligible: Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum users all qualify for team performance bonuses
• Team-Based Rewards: Earn bonuses based on the collective performance of your team network
• Rank Advancement Benefits: Higher ranks qualify for enhanced bonus percentages and benefits
• Team business value is calculated after deducting GST, shipping charges, and other applicable fees
• Only completed and successfully delivered orders qualify for team performance calculations
• Bonus calculations consider overall team contribution and performance metrics

Team Building Requirements for Rank Advancement:

• Silver → Gold: Build a team of 10+ active users
• Gold → Diamond: Achieve Gold + grow your team network to 100+ active users
• Diamond → Platinum: Achieve Diamond + expand your team network to 1,000+ active users

Rank-Based Benefits:

• Silver: Basic team performance bonuses + 3% personal shopping reward
• Gold: Enhanced team bonuses + 5% personal shopping reward
• Diamond: Premium team bonuses + 10% personal shopping reward
• Platinum: Highest team bonuses + 12% personal shopping reward

Note: Team performance bonus calculations, eligibility criteria, and reward structures are designed to recognize overall team contribution and are subject to periodic review. Current bonus structures and your personal team performance metrics are available in your user dashboard. The company reserves the right to modify the team performance program terms at its discretion.

Earning from Incentives

From time to time, the platform administration may award discretionary incentives to users based on performance or other criteria. These incentives are entirely at the company's discretion and are not guaranteed. They are added directly to your earnings balance when awarded.

3. Income Calculation Basis

Important: All commission and bonus calculations are based on the net business value after deducting the following:

• GST (Goods and Services Tax): All applicable taxes are excluded from commission calculations
• Shipping Charges: Delivery and shipping costs are excluded from commission calculations
• Returned/Refunded Orders: Only completed and delivered orders qualify for commissions
• Discounts/Coupons: Any promotional discounts are applied before commission calculation
• Processing Fees: Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted

Net Business Value = Total Order Value - GST - Shipping Charges - Discounts - Processing Fees

All your earnings (self-commission, referral commission, and team bonus) are calculated on this Net Business Value.

4. Payment Terms and PAN Card Requirement

• All earnings are calculated in Points (Pts). 1 Point = ₹1
• Payments will be processed on the 25th of every month for users who have a payable balance greater than 100 Pts.
• PAN Card Requirement: If your total payments in any financial year (April 1st to March 31st) exceed ₹20,000, you will be required to provide your PAN card details for TDS compliance as per Indian income tax regulations.
• Failure to provide PAN card details when required may result in withholding of payments until compliance is met.
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applicable as per prevailing income tax laws for payments exceeding the threshold limit.

5. General Terms

• Team Performance Bonuses are calculated monthly based on the previous month's team business performance
• The company reserves the right to modify commission rates, bonus structures, and payment terms at any time without prior notice
• Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on multiple factors including user activity, team performance, and company policies
• Any fraudulent activity, including creating fake accounts, spamming referral codes, or manipulating the system, will result in immediate and permanent account termination with forfeiture of all earnings
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms

6. Company's Rights and Discretion

• iShop reserves the sole right to determine and modify all earning structures, commission rates, and bonus programs
• The company may set, change, or remove any earning opportunity at its discretion
• All earning calculations and payments are subject to company verification and approval
• The company may withhold or adjust payments in case of suspected fraud, policy violations, or system errors
• Current earning rates and structures are available in the user dashboard and may change without individual notice

7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
